UGANDA SAFARIS/WILD PLACES (3 day trip):

Day 1
You will be transferred to Entebbe airport for a scheduled flight to Kisoro (07h45/08h55).

Pick up from Kisoro Airstrip and transfer by road for 2 hours to Clouds Overnight at Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge (FB + non-premium brand drinks).

Day 2
Be part of a full day Gorilla tracking and close the day at Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge (FB + non-premium brand drinks).

Day 3
After breakfast, transfer by road, 2 hours from Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge to Kisoro Airstrip to catch a scheduled flight from Kisoro/Entebbe (09h10/11h25). You will be transferred back to your hotel by road from the airport.

Option 2:

3 days Wildlife and Primate Tour

Day 1
Transfer by road to Semliki airstrip from Kampala (6 hours).

Or take an optional scheduled domestic flight from Entebbe international airport to Semliki airstrip. (10h20 /11h25) Overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge (FB)

Day 2 
Start the day with a sunrise- boat trip on Lake Albert to view the endangered Shoebill.

Enjoy the evening with sundowner game activity.

Day 3  
Return to Kampala by road (6 hours).

Or take an optional scheduled domestic flight from Semliki airstrip to Entebbe International airport.

NDALI LODGE

Amenities
All 8 cottages have en-suite bathrooms with a bath, shower, sink facing West and have a veranda which looks out over Ndali estate and, beyond, the mountains of the moon (on a clear day!)

Guided walks to see birds, Bigodi wetland sanctuary, or the farm where coffee, vanilla and waragi are produced.

Also a one and a half hour walk around the lake above which Ndali is built which can be done without a guide.

Day 1
Enjoy a seasonal lunch full of fresh and local produce followed by a gentle climb onto the water catchment where you will be able to embrace a panoramic view of the rolling hills and get a feel for where your adventures will take place and mountain biking across the rural lands.

DAY 2
Horse Ride through national Park, walk alongside the many different antelopes such as zebra, topi or eland this will undoubtedly prove to be one of the most unique ways to safari in Africa.

Day 3
Want to head out for a morning run to take in the animals on foot?

You can relax by the pool, enjoy our massages or go on a walking safari. A cultural visit to one of the surrounding farms is also great fun.

KYANINGA LODGE
Located 20 minutes outside of Fort Portal and approximately 3.5 hours from Kampala.

Boat Transport:
Speedboat travel from the dock in Entebbe to Ngamba Island (Chimpanzee Trust) is approximately 45-50 minutes; travel by traditional motorized canoe takes approximately 90 minutes.

Air Transport is approximately 20 minutes from Entebbe Airport or Kajjansi Air strip. Departure times from Entebbe are 9am or 12.45pm in Entebbe at waterfront club.

KAMPALA – ENTEBBE ROUTE
Drive to Entebbe for easy directions stop at Victoria /Nakumatt Mall ask the boda boda men the route to Nakiwogo Landing site (Ferry to Kalangala) we advise our guests to leave Kampala early and  avoid the jam on entebbe road , be at the island by 1:00pm ,check in time is 1:30pm and exactly 2:00pm it sets off for the island .

When you arrive at the landing site at Kalangala (lutoboka landing pier) we do pick you up with our hotel van at no cost.

KAMPALA – MASAKA ROUTE
From the western part of Uganda, a free car ferry links Bukakata mainland located 36km east of Masaka with Luku on Bugala Islands about 30 minutes sailing to Bugoma then drive 45mints to the hotel. The ferry sails either directions every few hours from early morning to late afternoon.
Time: 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm (Monday to Saturday)

Sundays it normally crosses two or three times a day (11am, 2pm and last is 4pm).

LAKE MBURO AND MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

Day 1:
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park:

After your breakfast, drive to Lake Mburo National Park, you could go for a game drive in the afternoon on which you will encounter various animals such as impalas, oribis, zebras, elands, buffaloes and topis among several others. Dinner and overnight at Mpogo lodge

Day 2:
Game drives and a boat trip:
You could go for a game drive in the early morning to see the early risers retire from their hunt. Later, in the day, head back to the lodge to enjoy a late breakfast and rest. After lunch, go for the thrilling boat trip on which you will see various water birds like the strange White winged Warbler, the Papyrus gonoleks, Bare-faced Go-away bird, Brown-faced lapwing and Carruther’s cisticolas. Dinner and overnight as above.

Day 3:
Return to Kampala. Have an early breakfast and then begin the drive back to Kampala

MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

SAFARI 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS

Day 1:
The marvelous Murchison Falls
Early morning, leave Kampala driving northwest to Murchison Falls National Park. Optional: visit the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for a nature walk to see the rare rhinos in the wild.

Have lunch in Masindi Hotel. Proceed to Murchison Falls National Park, the largest protected area in Uganda, with 3.840 Km. Relax a bit at a situated site on the top of the spectacular falls, where you can see the Nile’s perfected beauty the 43 meter drop of the falls creates a thunderous roar and a beautiful rainbow in a plume of spray – the best of the Nile River!

End the day with dinner and overnight at Pakuba Safari Lodge or Red Chilli Rest Camp.

Day 2:

The boat cruise on the River Nile
Embark on an early morning game drive on the Northern bank where your guide will help you spot elephants, lions, cape buffalos, Rothschild’s giraffes, hartebeests, waterbucks, Oribis, bushbucks, spotted hyenas and, if you are lucky; leopards.

Return to the lodge for breakfast. After lunch, you will safari upstream by boat to the calm Victoria Nile and the base of the falls just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron.” There you can marvel at toothsome hippos, crocodiles, elephants, waterbucks and Uganda kobs.

This is also the habitat for many bird species including goliath herons, Egyptian geese, pelican bee-eaters, kingfishers, Hornbills, cormorants and the rare shoebill stork. After the Launch cruise, you will head for an evening game drive before you return for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 3:
Have an early morning game drive, and later return for breakfast and checking out. Have lunch in Masindi and return to Kampala.

Crater Safari Lodge is famously known for Chimpanzee Tracking and Habituation. On the banks of the Nyinabulitwa Crater Lake, Crater Safari Lodge blends perfectly with its surrounding landscape.

Getting There:
Located on the banks of Lake Nyinbulitwa where chimpanzees live in abundance.

You can fly from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airfield either to Kasese or Fort-portal airstrip.

By road: about 338Kms travel from Kampala through Mubende to Fortportal. Alternatively Kampala – Mbarara –Fortportal continue via the Kamwenge Route to the Crater Safari Lodge sign post on your right.

CVK Lakeside Resort Uganda
CKV is located on the tranquil shores of crater Lake Nyabikere (lake of frogs), facing the Mountains of the Moon (Rwenzori) where snow is visible on a clear day. Our self-contained rooms have hot and cold showers and sitting flush toilets.
